The second edition of Visionaria closes with the Storie di alternanza award and the Metamer hackathon

Pescara, 25 November 2022 — Four days of comparisons and roundtables conclude in the best way with prizes to the talents of the territory.

LiceoWinning the fifth edition of Stories of Alternation, the prize promoted by the Italian Chambers of Commerce for the best experiences in the field of work school alternation courses, the Professional Institute of State Industry, Crafts and Services — IPSIAS Di Marzio-Michetti of Pescara, with the project “La Fucina dei Sogni” (section of professional technical institutes); the institute of higher education “L. DA PENNE — M. DEI FIORI” of Penne with the project Il Mio Libro entitled “Farfalle without wings”; the ITS Sistema Moda — Pescara with the project NFT-shirt.

Recipients of the project of Di Marzio Michetti the students of the course maintenance and technical assistance with the company Walter Tosto SpA. The story told is about social inclusion and then work of a student from Nigeria. He talks about women killed by men, the book “Farfalle without wings” in close collaboration with the publishing house Gemma Edizioni. The ITS Moda project was created together with a local company, Xavier, which is experimenting with a collection dedicated to a young audience.

It is a very important recognition that enhances the ITS system of Abruzzo, composed of companies, schools, institutions including the Chamber of Commerce Chieti Pescara, which is a founding member of four out of six ITS.

hackathon 2022Five boys (Francesco Di Marzio, Alice Mazza, Ali Liboudo, Brian Lattanzio, Nicola Nasuti gathered in the crane Mix) who won the cash prize of two thousand euros of the hackathon, put up for grabs by the Chamber of Commerce Chieti Pescara and promoted by Metamer, thanks to “Meti”, the intelligent assistant who helps consumers to save energy by pointing to the most virtuous behaviors and rewarding them with intelligent grips.

But the prizes don't end there. On Tuesday 22nd, as part of the Visionaria award, the prizes were awarded to the best up and best idea of Abruzzo enterprise. Winetech of Trace Technologies (Nereto — Te) supports winegrowers by predicting soil diseases without the use of hardware; OMG System (research group of the University G. D’Annunzio Chieti Pescara, instead, from the meeting between University and business, has developed and produced an innovative medical system that guides the dentist in all its operations. Both, in addition to the cash prizes, respectively of three thousand and seven thousand euros, were honored with a work of art specially created for the occasion by Ceramiche artistic Liberati.
